The construction and renovation materials hypermarket "Mihausi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Supervisor.

Work location: Hualing Plaza, Vazisubani

Remuneration: 2500 GEL (NET)

Schedule: 5 working days a week (40 hours).

Main functions and responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating the daily activities of several sections; Leading section managers, controlling their activities, and promoting professional development; Monitoring the implementation of sales plans and KPIs, analyzing results, and developing ways for improvement; Collaborating with the commercial department on assortment, pricing, promotions, and product placement; Controlling inventory and balances, preventing product shortages or excess inventory; Monitoring service quality and compliance with company standards; Timely identification and resolution of operational problems; Ensuring effective communication between sections, store administration, and the central office; Reporting on sales and operational results, and preparing recommendations to improve processes.

Qualification requirements:

Experience working in the retail/hypermarket sector; At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position; Knowledge of MS Office programs.

High sense of responsibility; Leadership and organizational skills; Result-oriented and detail-focused; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Effective communication and teamwork skills.
