Junior Operations Manager

"OfficeMart" is a leading company in the office supplies sector, which has been providing high-quality products and services to customers for 13 years. Our team is constantly growing and we are currently looking for a Junior Operations Manager to oversee the management of the order process.

Job Conditions:

** Full-time rate, 09:30-18:00 (Saturdays remotely 10:30-13:00) ** Salary rate: 1200/1500 GEL (depending on qualifications) ** Address: Tbilisi, A. Baramidze 5a (Sanzona - near Guramishvili metro)

Qualification requirements:

** Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly; ** Fluent writing and speaking in Georgian; ** Experience working in a similar or analogous position; ** High-level knowledge of MS Office; ** Experience working in an accounting program (FINA) will be considered an advantage.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Managing and monitoring the full cycle of incoming orders; ** Programming orders in organizational work programs (FINA & ASANA); ** Managing documentation (invoices, commodity invoices); ** Informing the relevant person in case of a problematic situation; ** Managing email and other electronic communication tools; ** Receiving phone calls from customers;
