Online Sales Manager - Glovo / Wolt

LLC "Minthi Market" - a modern supermarket chain that is actively growing in the Georgian market.

The company is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Online Sales Manager to expand its team, who will be responsible for increasing sales on Glovo and Wolt platforms, managing products/menu and controlling daily online operations.

Key Responsibilities:

** Daily management of the company's pages/store on Glovo and Wolt platforms;

** Updating products and menu, controlling prices, descriptions and photo materials;

** Monitoring online orders and ensuring a smooth sales process;

** Planning and implementing various offers, promotions and discounts to increase sales;

** Working on the correct placement of products on the platforms and improving visibility;

** Monitoring sales, orders, average check and other key indicators;

** Analyzing sales results and suggesting ways for improvement;

** Communicating with Glovo and Wolt representatives and resolving current issues;

** Timely identification of problems related to orders and coordination with relevant teams;

** Controlling inventory and availability to ensure products are constantly active and available on online platforms;

** Preparing daily/weekly sales reports;

** Looking for new opportunities for sales growth and implementing initiatives.

Key Requirements:

** Experience in online sales;

** Experience working with Glovo and/or Wolt platforms will be considered a significant advantage;

** High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;

** Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;

** Ability to manage multiple processes in parallel;

** Result-oriented work approach.

Location: Tbilisi Work Schedule: Hybrid Salary: 1000.00 GEL
