Junior Lawyer

The "Biodiesel Georgia" Holding announces a vacancy for the position of Junior Lawyer. Rate: Full-time Remuneration: To be agreed Work place: Tbilisi

Function and Responsibilities: - Legal support for the activities of the company's structural units; - Timely confirmation/fulfillment of tasks received in the legal department, control of deadlines. Feedback with partner companies; - Preparation of various types of contracts. Also, participation in their legal review, evaluation, visa, execution, systematization; - Organization and management of the company's internal legal documentation: preparation of letters, orders, statutes, acts, instructions, complaints and other necessary legal projects required by the company (case management: filling, production, organization); - Representation in the National Agency of Public Registry and other state structural organizations, according to the company's needs; - Timely informing of senior officials about changes in the legislative base; - Fulfillment of legal tasks/assignments imposed by the company and direct supervisor within the competence of the position.

Basic Qualification Requirements: - Higher legal education; - Experience in a similar position; - Knowledge of administrative, labor, entrepreneurial and civil legislation; - High-level knowledge of Georgian and legal English (with fluent verbal and written skills); - Good knowledge of office programs (MS Office) is mandatory; - Membership in the Georgian Bar Association with a specialization in civil law (will be considered as an advantage);
