Main responsibilities: - Preparation of labor and service contracts (preliminary clarification/agreement of conditions), familiarization and ensuring signature by employees; - Administration of changes related to employees/service providers (transfer, promotion, etc.) and timely preparation of relevant documentation (orders, agreements, acceptance-transfer acts, explanatory cards, etc.); - Administration of leaves, medical certificates, and other types of absences; - Organization of personal files in both material and electronic formats; - Providing information to employees about company benefits and compensation packages; - Preparation of references (salary, service, etc.) for employees; - Uploading mandatory information to the state electronic portal; - Updating information in internal electronic databases.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education (preferably in business administration, law, social or technical clinical fields); - Desirable certificate-based education in human resource management; - At least 1 year of experience in personnel administration or as an administration manager/specialist in a hospital/clinic or similar position; - Good knowledge of office programs, especially MS Excel; - Desirable knowledge of the Labor Code; - English language skills.
