Night Shift Administrator

The hotel "Silver 39 Corner Hotel" located on Varkheti Street, number 21, with a terrace and stunning views of old Tbilisi, is announcing a vacancy for a Night Shift Administrator position.

Work schedule: Full-time (2 nights of work, 2 nights of rest)

Remuneration: 950 GEL (+ bonus)

The main functions of the Receptionist will be:

• Guest reception and registration procedure

• Reflection of guest information in the program

• Accounting and constant control of payments to be made / paid by the guest

• Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls

• Providing complete information to guests about hotel prices and services

• Checking the guest's card for pre-authorization

• Registration / cancellation of electronic keys

• Managing sold and unsold rooms in the program

• Ensuring all guest requests related to the service

• Informing the cleaning department about Check-in and Check-out;

• Informing the cleaning department that the room has been vacated and needs to be cleaned

• Control of cleanliness and order in the reception area

• Performing other work-related instructions

The basic requirements for the Receptionist position are:

• Fluent knowledge of foreign languages (English, Russian)

• Experience working in a similar position is required (at least 6 months)

• Knowledge of the "FIDELIO" program is desirable

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to work in stressful situations

• Teamwork skills
