Workplace: Tbilisi. Work schedule: Full-time, standard
Main responsibilities:
- Accounting and control of medical inventory balances;
- Inventory of medical supplies, bringing program and physical balances into compliance;
- Recording and controlling inventory expiration dates;
- Constant monitoring of inventory to prevent overconsumption or deficit;
- In case of deficit, communication with network clinics and receipt of medications by internal transfer;
- Physical and programmatic (Exact) receipt of medical supplies, counting the received volume, comparing it with RS and the required volume;
Job requirements:
- Experience working with RS.ge;
- User-level knowledge of office programs;
- Desirable experience working with any accounting software;
- Partnership (mutual assistance, cooperation, teamwork);
