Contact Center Operator - Day Shift

JSC "Halyk Bank Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for a Contact Center Operator position (day shift)

** Work location: Tbilisi, Head Office

** Work rate: Full-time

** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, working hours are established according to a flexible schedule and include the following working hours: 10:00-18:00; 09:00-17:00; 14:00-21:00. Saturday or Sunday may be determined as a working day based on a flexible schedule, part-time, with the following working hours: 09:00-15:00 or 15:00-21:00.

** Salary: 1350 GROSS

Requirements:

** Higher education with a Bachelor's degree;

** Preferably in the field of banking, economics or finance,

** At least 4 months of experience in a similar position or in the financial sector;

** Knowledge of the Georgian language is mandatory, knowledge of Russian/English is desirable;

** Knowledge of office programs.

Skills:

** Organized;

** Developed verbal and written communication skills;

** Ability to identify and respond to problems;

** Ability to communicate and negotiate;

** Conflict avoidance skills;

** High sense of responsibility.

Main responsibilities:

** Receiving incoming calls and written communications and responding accordingly based on the content of the call/letter;

** Serving customers within the competence;

** Timely response to customer problems and other issues;

** Ensuring the implementation of defined plans;
