We are looking for a motivated and polite Call Center Operator who will focus on providing high-quality service to our customers.

In our company, your role will be:

• To communicate with customers over the phone; identify problems and provide qualified answers; maintain company service standards
• To serve customers through online chat.
• To work with internal databases necessary for providing services
• To provide general information to customers (about the company, services, working hours, etc.)
• To manage problematic situations and inform responsible persons in a timely manner

As a Call Center Operator, we would like you to have:
