The main goal of the activity: To support children with speech disorders or at risk of speech disorders from birth to 7 years old, to promote the development of communication and speech, and other functional skills.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Assessment of the child and family

** Conducting visits to the families of beneficiaries

** Planning and implementation of work based on individual needs

** Ensuring parental involvement in the process of planning and implementation of work

Mandatory requirements:

** Higher education in one of the following specialties: occupational therapist, speech therapist (logopedist), physical therapist, psychologist, social worker ** Possession of a certificate in early childhood development; ** 1 year of experience working with children (preference will be given to experience working with children from 0 to 6 years old); ** Knowledge of the patterns and stages of child development; ** Ability to identify and support the interests and abilities of beneficiaries; ** Ability to empathize and support beneficiaries; ** Effective communication, ability to gain trust and build relationships; ** Flexibility and independence; ** Self-control and ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations; ** Planning and organization skills; ** Teamwork skills; ** Receptivity to different opinions and innovations; ** Knowledge of computer office programs; ** Knowledge of a foreign language is desirable; ** Sharing the vision and goals of SOS Children's Village.
