Sales Specialist

Educational organization "LingoStar" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Specialist.

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and motivated employee who will contribute to the growth of sales of the organization's educational programs, international projects, and courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential customers and effective communication with them;
• Consulting customers on the organization's educational programs, international projects, and services;
• Managing the entire sales process - from initial communication to completion of registration/agreement;
• Fulfilling individual sales plans and achieving KPIs;
• Managing and updating customer data in the CRM system;
• Maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and promoting repeat sales;
• Analyzing market trends and customer demands.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience working in sales, customer service, or business development;
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
• Result-oriented and responsible attitude;
• Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language;
• Knowledge of English;
• Experience working in the educational field will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of MS Office; experience working with CRM systems will be considered an advantage.
