Job Description You, as a Business Sales Coordinator (SMC): - Lead the branch's small and medium-sized business direction (both credit and non-credit areas) - Ensure the management, support, and control of the branch's sales groups - Monitor plan execution, make deviation analysis, and plan and implement corrective actions - Ensure the management and monitoring of the branch's credit and deposit portfolio - Control the practical and theoretical training of credit experts and the quality of their work - Plan and implement events to attract new clients - Ensure the control of client service quality and the fulfillment of established parameters in this direction

Qualifications - At least three years of work experience in the banking sector; - At least two years of experience working in small and medium-sized business lending.
