The hotel "Strofi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Administrator.

The hotel is located in the old town of Tbilisi and has 28 individual rooms.

** Work location: Tbilisi ** Work schedule: 24-hour shift every fourth day (09:00 to 09:00) ** Salary: 900/1000 GEL depending on experience

Job duties:

** To receive, accommodate and subsequently bid farewell to guests in accordance with the standards existing in the hotel; ** To provide guests with the desired information about rooms, tariffs and other services available in the hotel; ** To receive incoming phone calls and provide relevant information, taking into account service standards; ** To establish effective communication with guests; ** To prepare current day bookings in the system, receive payments; ** To prepare hotel invoices and other documents as needed; ** To book hotel rooms, distribute guests correctly; ** To receive and promptly resolve guest complaints/requests; ** To act in accordance with hotel service standards.

Requirements:

** Experience working in a similar position; ** High-level English language skills (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage); ** Knowledge of computer and office programs; ** Experience working in a hotel program; ** Good communication skills; ** Sense of responsibility; ** Time management and teamwork skills; ** Attention to detail; ** Good adaptability to new things and changes; ** Ability to work in shifts.
