Adeishvili Central Hospital in Kutaisi is looking for a Call Center Operator.

Work schedule: 8 hours a day, 5 working days a week

Main responsibilities:

• Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls;
• Providing complete information to customers;
• Scheduling patient appointments and planning visits;
• Registering and updating data in the program;
• Ensuring a high standard of company service;
• Informing patients in case of service disruptions;
• Performing tasks assigned by direct supervisors and management.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education or current student status is desirable;
• Experience working in a similar position is desirable;
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Fluent Georgian language skills.
