Assistant Accountant

Company "E-Buildway" is announcing a vacancy for an Assistant Accountant position.

Company "E-Buildway" is an importer of construction equipment and materials in Georgia. Since 2023, the company has been an official dealer of the Potain brand of tower cranes, which is an undisputed leader in the global market with a wide range of tower cranes, premium quality, reliability, safety, and innovation.

The company is announcing a vacancy for an Assistant Accountant position.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented employee who will assist the accountant in the company's daily financial and accounting operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Production and recording of primary accounting documents;
• Issuance and control of invoices;
• Issuance/confirmation of commodity invoices;
• Recording of purchase and sales operations;
• Reflection of incoming and outgoing documentation in the accounting program;
• Accounting and control of suppliers' and customers' debts;
• Processing of bank operations and statements;
• Preparation of acceptance and transfer acts and other primary documents;
• Performance of relevant operations on RS.ge;
• Organization and archiving of accounting documentation;
• Participation in inventory and warehouse accounting, if necessary;
• Coordinated work with the chief accountant and preparation of necessary information for him.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher or professional education in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields;
• Knowledge of accounting principles;
• Ability to independently produce invoices, invoices, and primary accounting documents;
• Knowledge of working with RS.ge;
• Experience working with the BALANCE accounting program;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Accuracy and attention to detail when working with numbers;
• Responsibility, organization, and discipline;

Desirable experience:

Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage. However, we will also consider candidates with less experience if they have good knowledge of accounting and can
