Main responsibilities: - Processing incoming requests, preparing offers; - Providing consultations on menus, programs, and additional services; - Agreeing on conditions with the client, preparing invoices, monitoring settlements; - Planning the work to be performed according to the processed and agreed order; - Close communication with personnel and the client during the event; - Managing subordinate personnel, planning the day, and distributing positions; - Setting up the production process of the reservations calendar; - Performing other instructions within the scope of competence.
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position; - At least 5 years of experience working in the HORECA sector; - Advanced level knowledge of English; - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
