Logistics Manager

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Logistics Manager.

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented employee who has practical experience in the field of international land and air transportation and can independently plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the entire transportation process.

The candidate must have experience working with import, export, and re-export processes, as well as practical knowledge of customs and customs clearance procedures.

Experience in transporting goods in the medical field will be considered a significant advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and coordinating international land and air transportation; Organizing, coordinating, and controlling import, export, and re-export processes; Coordinating customs and customs clearance procedures, communicating with relevant parties, and controlling necessary documentation; Finding the appropriate transportation company for a specific shipment and selecting the optimal transportation solution; Daily communication and coordination with drivers, transportation, and logistics companies; Negotiating transportation tariffs and agreeing on optimal conditions for the company; Managing and controlling the entire transportation process - from planning loading to delivering the cargo to its final destination; Daily monitoring of transportation movement, cargo status, and delivery deadlines; Timely identification and operational resolution of delays and problems arising during transportation, transit, customs clearance, or at the border; Controlling the correctness and completeness of transportation, customs, and accompanying documentation related to shipments; Finding new drivers, transportation, and logistics companies and constantly developing the partner network; Managing relationships with existing partners and developing long-term cooperation; Timely, accurate, and complete reflection of information about current and completed shipments in the company's system; Effective management of several ongoing shipment processes in parallel.

Qualification requirements:

Practical experience in logistics of land and air transportation - required; Experience in independently planning, organizing, and managing international shipments; Practical knowledge and experience of import, export, and re-export processes - required; Knowledge of customs and customs clearance procedures, relevant documentation, and processes - required; Experience in working with transportation companies and drivers, and negotiating; Experience working with transportation and customs documentation; English and Russian language skills at a communicative level - required; Knowledge of office programs; Ability to plan, coordinate, and control several shipments simultaneously.
