Administrative Assistant in Logistics

"IMEX Cargo Logistics" is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant in Logistics.

The position involves providing administrative support for logistics operations, controlling orders and documentation, as well as recording and monitoring information related to financial and operational processes.

We offer:

** Working hours: 10:00-18:00;

** Fixed salary: 1,000 GEL;

Location: Tbilisi, Gagarin's 13.

Key Responsibilities:

** Verifying and controlling orders processed in the logistics program;

** Monitoring the current status of orders and updating necessary information;

** Controlling the accuracy and completeness of documentation;

** Timely identification of missing documents or information in the process;

** Issuing, recording, and reflecting invoices in the program;

** Controlling the company's incoming and outgoing financial operations;

** Monitoring transferable amounts and identifying relevant invoices;

** Verifying information related to payables and correctly reflecting it in the program;

** Printing, systematizing, and archiving documents;

** Organizing binders, dating, and systematic control of documentation;

** Performing other administrative tasks related to logistics processes as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

** High sense of responsibility;

** Detail-oriented and ability to work attentively;

** Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively;

** Ability to quickly assimilate information and learn new programs;

** Good computer skills;

** Communication and teamwork skills;

** Experience in logistics will be considered an advantage, but is not required.
