LLC "Wine Cellar Khareba" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Restaurant Manager at Kvareli Wine Gviran.

Workplace: Kakheti, Kvareli;

Work schedule: 6-day workweek;

Remuneration - 4000 GEL;

Key responsibilities:

• Participation in developing the restaurant's development strategy;

• Annual budget planning;

• Managing food and beverage department operations and budget in accordance with standards;

• Conducting training on customer service standards

• Involvement in marketing events;

• Training and ensuring timely updates;

• Controlling cleanliness in the restaurant and bar;

• Setting action goals, determining ways to achieve them, and controlling performance according to the plan;

• Agreeing on the menu with the head chef;

• Controlling food and beverage quantities;

• Interacting and controlling the supply staff;

• Taking responsibility for the team's work;

• Effective management of work processes;

• Strategic planning of current processes, ensuring coordinated work, organization, and control;

• Controlling existing material resources/inventory and participating in the inventory process;

• Ensuring high-quality service and monitoring activity quality;

• Managing the organization of a full range of various events;

• Considering comments received from guests and providing information to the head chef and complex manager; responding accordingly in case of negative reviews;

• Monitoring compliance with labor protection rules, sanitary, and hygienic norms;

• Conducting negotiations with company suppliers and customers and maintaining long-term relationships;

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in the restaurant field;

• At least 3 years of experience as a manager;

• Ensuring and maintaining HASP standards;

• Ability to manage a team;

• Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level;

• Ability to negotiate;

• Knowledge of labor safety norms;

• Ability to prepare documentation;
