Who are we?

Thermoindustry LLC is one of the leading importers of heating, cooling, air conditioning, water supply and sewage, pumping stations, and helio systems in Georgia. The company has been operating successfully on the Georgian market for 14 years, offering high-quality products and professional services to customers.

Main functions and responsibilities:

The daily activities of the External Sales Agent include:

• Active search for construction / repair sites, medium and small contractors in the field;
• Direct communication with construction sites, introduction of the company's products and direction;
• Visits to sites, assessment of customer needs on-site, and product offerings;
• Close cooperation with retail / wholesale outlets and projects to stimulate sales;
• Popularization of the company's products and current promotions / discounts;
• Fulfillment of individual sales plans and daily / weekly reporting;
• Redirecting clients to the showroom or receiving orders on-site and subsequent coordination.

Main qualification requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of sales or field sales experience (experience in the construction / technical field will be considered an advantage);
• General knowledge of heating, cooling, and plumbing products;
• Readiness for intensive movement and work in the field (on sites);
• Driving license (category B) - required;
• Own car - desirable;
• Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language;
• Basic computer skills (using a smartphone / tablet to enter data into CRM) experience working with MS Office and CRM systems;
• Knowledge of a foreign language at a conversational level.

Work conditions:

Location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili St. 108;

Work schedule: 40 hours a week, 2 days off;

Remuneration: fixed salary + bonus (depending on experience and qualifications);
