Our main areas of focus are: HVAC (heating-cooling-ventilation); water supply and drainage (Plumbing); sewage, fire protection, and fire ventilation systems; electricity and low currents.

1) Project Manager

What you'll do:

• Complete projects within the agreed timeframe and budget;
• Control project quality and safety;
• Analyze tasks and create a written plan with a schedule.
• Attend meetings and communicate effectively with clients;
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules, and oversee implementation in terms of time, quality, and budget;
• Prepare monthly progress reports (Form 2);
• Provide managerial and technical assistance to anyone involved in the project;
• Stay updated on technical innovations in the field and implement interesting findings in practice.

What requirements should you meet:

• Desirable: 2 years of experience in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems
• Knowledge of CRM and project management programs (JIRA, TRELLO, CLICKUP, MONDAY.COM);
• Computer program skills (MICROSOFT OFFICE, AUTOCAD);
• What personal qualities and skills should you have:

What you'll do:

** Schematic and visual design of electrical distribution panels

** Preparation of the list of materials needed for electrical installation and support of procurement management

** Monitoring of the process of testing and commissioning of electrical systems

** Analysis of architectural drawings and their integration with electrical systems

** Preparation of design drawings of electrical wiring and security systems

** Ensuring compliance of devices with safety standards and rules

** Development and coordination of detailed technical documentation with the customer

** Preparation of project budget and calendar plan

** Site visit, assessment of existing conditions, and making necessary decisions

** Studying/implementation of new technologies and trends on the market

** Informing the supervisor about current and planned events

What requirements must you meet:

** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.

** 2 years of work experience in a similar position is preferred

** Knowledge of AutoCAD (knowledge of Eplan will be considered an advantage)

** Knowledge of data processing and visualization programs
