Job responsibilities:

Managing the vehicle fleet

Effective management of company-owned vehicles (cash-in-transit, cargo, and passenger vehicles); Control of the technical condition of the vehicle fleet and organization of exploitation processes; Coordination of vehicle equipment, relocation, and installation of special devices. Instruction of drivers on technical and procedural issues.

Managing technical maintenance:

Ensuring timely execution of scheduled technical maintenance; Management of unscheduled repairs and control of their recording; Monitoring of vehicle performance and readiness indicators; Organization of vehicle transportation processes to regions and service centers.

Managing fuel and expenses:

Analysis and monitoring of fuel consumption; Control and optimization of vehicle-related expenses; Development of a system for analyzing and reporting expenses; Development and implementation of initiatives to increase cost-effectiveness.

Managing contractors:

Management of relationships with service centers, suppliers of spare parts and services, insurance companies, and other contractors; Management of the vehicle warranty service process and ensuring timely processing of relevant cases; Coordination of insurance case management, communication with insurance companies, and control of damage compensation processes; Analysis of expenses and effectiveness related to warranty and insurance services; Control of service quality and SLA performance;

Managing permits:

Organization and control of the process of obtaining necessary permits, passes, and other regulatory documents for special-purpose vehicles; Coordination of communication with relevant government agencies and partner organizations; Monitoring of permit-related requirements.

Managing processes and quality:

** Constant improvement of vehicle fleet management processes;

** Monitoring and analysis of KPIs;

** Control of data accuracy and recording processes in internal systems;

** Initiation of process automation and digital tool implementation;

** Identification of risks and planning of preventive measures.

Reporting and analytics:

** Preparation of periodic reports for management;

** Supporting decision-making based on data analysis;

** Analysis of costs, damages, fuel consumption, and vehicle fleet efficiency indicators.

Managing and developing a subordinate team:

** Planning, coordinating, and supervising the activities of transport service employees;

** Effective redistribution of functions and responsibilities among team members;

** Setting goals and performance indicators (KPI) for employees, evaluating performance, and providing feedback;

** Ensuring the improvement of team efficiency, productivity, and service quality;

Requirements:

** Higher education (preferably in engineering, business administration, logistics, or related fields);

** At least 3-5 years of experience in managing vehicle fleets, auto-technical work, logistics, or technical operations;

** Knowledge of technical service and service processes;

** Cost analysis and KPI management;

** Knowledge of office programs (MS OFFICE);
