Business Analyst

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst to contribute to international software development projects and deliver digital solutions for global enterprise clients. Responsibilities: - Developing pre-sale content such as presentations, white papers, and success stories focusing on substance and messaging (visual design handled by a dedicated team). - Conducting thorough market and company-specific research to identify challenges and opportunities relevant to potential clients. - Translating research outcomes into well-structured, professional documents and presentation materials. - Occasionally presenting pre-sales materials directly to clients, particularly at the C-level, effectively communicating complex insights and value propositions. - Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of messaging and solution positioning.

Requirements: - Experience in Business Analysis for 4+ years. - Experience in presales activities. - Strong understanding of the presales process and preparation. - Experience in preparing expert content, overview materials, presentations, and analytical reports. - Ability to clearly structure complex information. - Ability to articulate the value of a solution from the customer’s perspective. - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and subject areas. - Experience with BPMN and UML. - Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.

Nice to have: - Experience in documenting completed projects. - Experience collaborating with commercial teams. - Experience working across multiple industries and handling different types of requests. - International professional certificates (PSPO, PSM, etc.).

Compensation: 2250–3600 EUR per month.
