The wine shop/bar "8000 მოსავალი" is announcing a vacancy for a cook position in Tbilisi.

We are: "8000 მოსავალი" is a Georgian wine shop/bar that features wines selected by an independent commission through a blind tasting process. Today, our collection includes around 2000 selected Georgian wines.

In our bar, visitors can buy wine at the price on the shelf and taste it with cold snacks that are perfectly paired with the wine. The space is designed to make wine a thoughtful pleasure, not just a drink.

We actively host educational and thematic events aimed at increasing knowledge about wine and forming a correct wine drinking culture in society.

Our mission is to let as many people as possible taste and fall in love with good Georgian wine. Currently, "8000 მოსავალი" unites 6 shops/bars and an online store.

Main functions and responsibilities: Receiving, verifying, and submitting raw materials that come into the kitchen according to established procedures; Participating in the process of preparing orders and timely dispatch in coordination with the chef; Accurate adherence to technological standards and calculations; Strict adherence to sanitary-hygienic norms and internal standards; Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen during the work process; Organizing and cleaning kitchen inventory at the end of the workday; Performing other work tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the competence.

Qualification requirements and personal characteristics: Desirable but not necessary experience in a similar field; Punctuality and the ability to manage time effectively; Ability to work in an intensive work environment; Hard work and a responsible attitude towards work; Ability to work in a team and cooperate; Attention to detail and accuracy; Orderliness.

Work schedule: Shift 1 - part-time, 5 days a week, 16:00-00:00 or 19:00-23:00 (Tabukashvili branch) Shift 2 - part-time, 5 days a week, 19:00-11:00 (Abashidze branch) Shift 3 - full-time, 5 days a week, 11:00-19:00 (Cincadze branch) Shift 4 - full-time, 5 days a week, 09:00-17:00 (Abashidze branch)
