Main responsibilities:
Patient admission and examination: collection/evaluation of complaints, medical history, life history, physical examination data, disease diagnosis, prevention, treatment/management, provision of medical services in accordance with the company's/national/international medical protocols/guidelines.
Management of the patient's disease within the competence defined by the state certificate and provision of continuous medical care.
Production of complete medical records in accordance with the legislation, in the state language, clearly and legibly, and recording of information in a timely manner within the specified deadlines.
Reflection of information about the patient's health status in the EHR system in accordance with the legislation.
Ensuring the issuance of medical documentation if necessary.
Job requirements:
Higher medical education is required
