"MS holding" is looking for an Import Manager

What you will need to do:

Constant communication with existing international suppliers to obtain information about the delivery schedule; Planning international shipping based on the cargo readiness date (sea container, land transport, etc.); Interaction with transport companies, researching prices, and agreeing on the best tariffs; Booking transportation and full coordination of the process; Timely receipt of all necessary documents for shipping (certificates, etc.) from the supplier/carrier and ensuring their accuracy. Request if necessary; Constant monitoring of the cargo movement status and informing relevant teams about expected delays; Preparation of complete and correct documentation for customs clearance; Control of the accuracy of filling out import declarations; Organization of transportation of goods to the company's central warehouse.

Requirements:

Higher education; At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position; Knowledge of English; Knowledge of office programs; Experience working with APEX software is desirable;

Ability to manage time effectively; Analytical thinking; Negotiation skills; High sense of responsibility; Organizational skills; Attention to detail;

Working conditions:

Workplace: Tbilisi, Samgori district, Chirnakhuli St. #4; Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:30-18:00. Weekends: Saturday and Sunday; Salary: starting from 2000 ₾
