Deputy Warehouse/Logistics Manager

The company is represented by more than 35 stores in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Batumi, Rustavi and Gori.

"Gitex" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Deputy Warehouse/Logistics Manager (in the furniture direction).

Job type: Full-time.

Functions and responsibilities:

Organize the receipt, storage and collection and delivery of products; Update data in the warehouse accounting system and ensure its accuracy; Control inventory and optimize storage processes; Supervise and control transportation-related processes; Timely distribution of goods to Enza Home stores and customers, preparation of goods for delivery and management/control of the entire delivery cycle; Compose reasonable and optimal routes for product delivery; effective distribution of vehicles and crew members; Constant monitoring of route performance, vehicle loading and delivery process; Preparation of commodity, commodity-transport consignment notes and other documentation related to product receipt and delivery, uploading to relevant programs and timely reflection on RS.ge; Timely, accurate and complete reflection of information related to logistics processes in the company's internal programs; Description, storage and accounting of defective products in accordance with company standards; Participation in the organization and conduct of inventory (description) processes in warehouses and stores; Planning the activities of subordinate employees (drivers, assemblers, warehouse employees), distributing tasks, monitoring performance and controlling results;

Remuneration: fixed 2000-2500 + bonus depending on the candidate's experience;

Qualification requirements:

Higher education; Experience in a similar position is desirable;

Personal competencies/skills:

Team management skills; Organizational skills; Attention to detail; Effective communication skills; Technical skills (MICROSOFT OFFICE, EXCEL BASIC).
