The Senior Specialist in the Brokerage Internal Controls and Operations Team is responsible for the strategic management of brokerage processes, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness, as well as controlling compliance with internal policies and regulations. The position coordinates the team, ensures process efficiency, participates in the implementation of new systems and procedures, and collaborates with internal structures to resolve operational issues. The role requires in-depth knowledge of capital market operations, a process-oriented managerial vision, and support for team development.

Job Description - Monitoring the execution of tasks received from clients and settlement of corresponding transactions. - Communication with clients at the post-settlement stage of transactions, including sending transaction confirmation documents. - Monitoring the client onboarding and re-identification process within the KYC framework. - Communicating client needs to bankers and directing issues to relevant departments. - Communicating with vendors as needed to effectively manage operational processes. - Identifying, managing, and escalating operational risks, incidents, and compliance issues as necessary. - Supporting internal audit and regulatory compliance requirements and organizing processes. - Supporting clients and front office in operational issues, preparing and supervising the preparation of necessary documentation, including statements and certificates, and ensuring timely delivery of corporate actions and other important information to clients. - Managing the team: planning work, redistributing tasks, controlling performance, and providing professional consultation to the team. - Monitoring individual and group KPI indicators of the team, evaluating results, and providing relevant feedback.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in brokerage operations in investment banking or the brokerage sector. - Strong knowledge of trade settlement processes and financial instruments. - Knowledge of capital market instruments, regulations, and standards. - Knowledge of financial systems and programs used in brokerage operations. - Ms Excel. - Bloomberg (minimum). - English language proficiency. - Attention to detail, ability to perform work with high accuracy. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
