Apartcomplex "Aura" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Night Shift Administrator.

Remuneration: ₾1200 Location: Tbilisi, Vitali Daraselias #6 Work Schedule: 21:00-09:00, 2/2

Qualification Requirements: - Good communication skills - English language proficiency in spoken and written communication (knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage) - Detail-oriented and organized - Experience in the hotel industry and service sector will be considered an advantage

Functions and Responsibilities: - Receiving, accommodating, and escorting guests in accordance with established standards; - Checking information in the program at the beginning of each shift; - Receiving reservations, fixing and monitoring them in the system; - Providing guests with comprehensive information about the hotel and its services; - Receiving, registering, and responding to guests' requests in a timely manner; - Settlement and program reflection in accordance with hotel policy; - Active communication and coordination with other departments;
