Operations Manager

Tourism company "Mimino in Caucasus" is seeking a candidate for the position of Operations Manager for Spain, Italy and Greece destinations.

The tour company "Mimino in Caucasus" has been actively operating in the incoming tourism market for several years and offers customers a variety of tourist packages, including combined tours on a large scale in the Caucasus region.

Main duties and responsibilities:

** Managing issues related to product creation and tour operational management;

** Analyzing received requests and, if necessary, coordinating with tour managers to clarify specific details;

** Developing an appropriate tourist package / program: determining the route, food, tastings / master classes, transport, guides, hotels and costs and formatting the program accordingly.

** Preparing relevant tourist packages / offers for presentation to potential partners at international exhibitions, by markets;

** Making changes to the compiled tourist program in accordance with the presented request;

** Regularly visiting various tourist facilities;

** Obtaining information about new tourist facilities, visiting the site;

** Fulfilling various tasks received from management, within the scope of job responsibilities;

Qualification requirements:

** Languages: knowledge of Spanish or Italian or/and Greek at a conversational level (B2);

** Experience in the tourism industry is desirable;

** MS Office knowledge;

Basic requirements:

** Ability to manage time effectively;

** Teamwork skills;

** Detail-oriented;
