English Language Teacher - Local and Native Speaker

"Oxbridge Academy" is announcing a vacancy for an English Language Teacher position (for local and Native Speaker specialists).

Selection principle: Candidates will be selected individually, according to specific directions - where for each course, specialists with relevant profiles and qualifications will be selected.

Working conditions:

Teaching directions and courses:

**Academic exams (Georgia): Unified National Exam (abiturients); Common Master's / Doctoral exams (sertus); Teacher certification exam. **International exams: CAMBRIDGE: FCE (B2), CAE (C1), CPE (C2), Linguaskill Business; IELTS: Academic, General Training, UKVI; TOEFL: TOEFL iBT. **Professional and general English: General English (all levels); Business English; Individual / specialized courses. **Corporate trainings: Company-specific professional language programs.

Main responsibilities:

**Planning and conducting high-quality, interactive, and student-oriented lessons according to the relevant direction/course; **Effective use of modern, communicative teaching methods; **Systematic monitoring of students' progress, evaluation, and provision of constructive feedback; **Ensuring a positive, safe, and motivating learning environment; **Participation in the center's academic team meetings and activities.

Qualification requirements:

**Higher education (English philology, education sciences, or related fields - bachelor/master); **English language proficiency at C1/C2 level, (Native or Near-Native proficiency); **2 years of pedagogical experience in the relevant direction is desirable; **Priority will be given to international certification: CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL, TKT; or relevant international qualifications; **In-depth knowledge of exam formats (for teachers of the exam direction).
