Problem Portfolio Management and Asset Recovery Specialist

A leading company in the financial sector, specializing in auto loans and auto-secured financing, is looking for motivated professionals to fill the position of Problem Asset Management and Field Recovery Specialist.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Conduct negotiations: communicate with overdue customers, find ways to repay debts or optimize/restructure payment schedules.

Fieldwork: conduct on-site visits to clients within problematic cases.

Asset recovery: search for, identify, and organize the transportation of vehicles under collateral to a specified address.

Reporting: timely and detailed recording of visit and negotiation results in the internal database.

Compliance with standards: manage work processes in full compliance with the company's internal regulations and current legislation.

Perform other current tasks as instructed by the direct manager and collaborate with adjacent departments.

Qualification and essential requirements:

Higher education;

Mandatory experience in problem asset recovery or enforcement;

Driving license and own vehicle;

Basic proficiency in office programs (MS Office).

High ability to reason and persuade;

Smooth and refined communication;

Ability to work effectively in a stressful and dynamic environment;
