Main functions and responsibilities: - Control of product stocks in warehouses and markets; periodic updating and software write-off of minimum and maximum balances; - Identification of deficit and excess balances of products and fixing the report with the Purchasing Manager; - Ensuring the order, delivery, supply to the company's warehouse or to the customer, return of products and related documentation and software write-off, in accordance with the standard developed and implemented by the company; - Software registration of orders; - Production of product arrival schedules and informing the sales team; - Preparation and dispatch of incoming orders for redistribution to warehouses; - Monitoring of balances and provision of movements to operators in different regions; - Fulfillment of direct supervisor's tasks.
