Day Shift Cashier-Operator - Full-time

Financial company LLC "Sono Credit" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Day Shift Cashier-Operator (Gold and pawn shop, currency conversion).

Conditions:

• Type of employment: Full-time;
• Possible agreement for students;
• Salary: 1800-2500 GEL;
• Insurance and fit pass optional;
• One-month paid internship

Functions and responsibilities:

• Pawn shop gold pawn shop, currency conversion;
• High-quality, accurate, fast and qualified customer service;
• Polite, friendly and warm attitude towards customers;
• Interview with the customer, record their loan request and familiarize them with the pawn shop procedures and tariffs;
• Assessment of collateral;
• Drawing up contracts and acts of evaluation of valuables;
• Transfer of received valuables to storage;
• Issuance of loans in the relevant software;
• Full or partial repayment of loans and return of valuables in full or in part;
• In case of overdue credits, follow the procedures related to realization within the established deadlines.

Functions and responsibilities for currency:

• Greet incoming customers and create a good environment;
• Communication with customers and corresponding currency conversion;
• Record-keeping and archiving of relevant documentation;
• Identification according to legislation and verification processes (if necessary);
• Maintaining order and office maintenance.

Work experience:

• Preferably: pawn shop/microfinance organization/currency exchange point (experience with cash register)//bank (experience with cash register)/, electronics store (should be familiar with electronics), applicants who are well-versed in technology will be given priority (in particular; phones, laptops, computers, etc.) regardless of any profession;
• For those without experience: logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, good learning ability, motivation.

Requirements: languages - Georgian (good) English and Russian (intermediate level)

• The candidate must have logical thinking, teamwork, sense of responsibility, organization and planning skills, it is important that the applicant is constantly organized and goal-oriented;
