Construction Site Service Manager

Development company "Metropol Management" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Site Service Manager.

Work schedule - Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00. Workplace - Tbilisi, Petre Kavtaradze 20a (on the construction site).

Main responsibilities:

• Greet customers on site and manage the entire visit process;
• Introduce and enforce rules for moving around the site, safety requirements, and visit procedures for customers;
• Systematically record relevant data about visits;
• Show customers the apartment layout, functional zones, room layout, bathrooms, main communication points, and other relevant spaces on site;
• Answer customers' questions within the scope of your competence;
• Before handing over the apartment, inspect the apartment and provide information to your direct supervisor in the form of a report about the technical condition of the apartment;
• Perform other tasks related to the functions of your position, as assigned by your direct supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in customer service, after-sales service, real estate, construction, or development sector is desirable;
• English and Russian language skills at a communicative level are mandatory.
