Night Shift Administrator

LLC "Hausmagi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Night Shift Administrator at the hotel complex network "New Wave Hotel Chain".

The New Wave Hotel Chain is located in the city of Batumi. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful sea coast. The hotel offers various category rooms, a pool, a fitness room, a restaurant, a cafe with a mixed cuisine, and most importantly, a friendly and professional service staff.

Main responsibilities:

** Receiving and registering guests;

** Controlling reservations and verifying data;

** Providing correct information to guests (accommodation, rules, additional services, etc.);

** Identifying and assisting guests with their needs;

** Coordination and effective cooperation with other team members;

** Managing telephone and written communication (social networks, email, platforms);

** Coordination and effective cooperation with other team members.

Qualification requirements:

** Experience working in a similar position in a hotel;

** Knowledge of hotel operations;

** English language proficiency (knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage).

Working conditions:

** Full-time; break: 1 hour.

The company provides full meals and decent working conditions. Evening transportation.
