Hotel "Bodbe" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sommelier.

About Us:

Hotel "Bodbe" is a new Georgian brand with international standards, focused on providing high-quality services. The hotel, known for its breathtaking views of Sighnaghi, offers guests 132 rooms of various categories, different concept dining venues, a spa, fitness center, and meeting spaces.

Function-Responsibilities:

• To provide recommendations on wine and alcoholic beverages to guests in the hotel's restaurants and bars, according to their taste and ordered menu;
• To ensure a high standard of service for guests and provide professional information about drinks, wine, and wine culture;
• To participate in the development of the wine and beverage menu, suggest new products, and select relevant combinations;
• To actively participate in the training and development of restaurant and bar staff in the field of wine, alcoholic beverages, and service standards;
• To control wine stocks and beverage inventory, identify needs, and coordinate with relevant team members in the ordering and supply process;
• To monitor the storage, serving, and service standards of beverages;
• To communicate effectively with different departments and promote teamwork to ensure high-quality service;
• To establish professional and positive relationships with colleagues, support in the work process, and share experiences;
• To analyze guest feedback and constantly improve service quality;
• To work according to the hotel's service and hospitality standards.

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Georgian and English languages.
