Job brief: - Preparation of dishes included in the menus and compliance with relevant standards

Functions and responsibilities: - Preparation of dishes included in the menus, taking into account high standards and quality - Management of subordinate employees and supervision of kitchen sections, ensuring timely preparation and presentability of orders / monitoring - Ensuring / controlling hygiene, cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area, maintaining constant cleanliness of workspaces. - Control of taste properties of dishes to ensure compliance with the standards set by the Head Chef - Minimization of losses, control of stocks, portions and "target plate", ensuring advance supply - Monitoring of food storage and storage conditions, management of processes according to standards

Qualification requirements: - Experience working in this position - Knowledge of English is desirable, any additional language will be considered an advantage

Personal qualities: - Responsibility - Teamwork skills - Organization, discipline - Effective communication skills - Orientation on details and improvement of results

Terms: - Workplace - Tbilisi, D. Archagelis Avenue 111 - Work schedule - 5 working days a week, 8-hour schedule
