Job Description

Main tasks:
Compare project planned and actual costs monthly, relevant reporting to the project manager;
Communication of overruns identified as a result of comparison with responsible persons;
Production of project progress report, including input / update of the following data:
List of contractors involved in the project;
Content and list of works to be performed by contractors;
Total contract value and corresponding performance by period;
Analysis of the contractor's cash flow, identification of deviations and relevant adjustments;
Identification of variations and relevant communication for further decisions;
Preparation of monthly reports on cost control;
Verification and confirmation of payments (IPC) provided for by the project agreement;
Analysis of the interim payment certificate (IPC) and ensuring compliance with contracts.
Professional qualifications:
Min. 3-4 years of work experience in the same or similar position;
Construction education will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of English and Russian.
