Job conditions:

** Position title: Retention & Growth Manager

** Work schedule: Full-time office work, Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

** Office address: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue.

Key functions:

** Mapping and optimizing the User Journey at onboarding, activation, retention, and re-activation stages.

** Identifying passive customers and planning win-back campaigns.

Requirements:

** Education: Higher education in a related field;

** At least 2 years of experience as a Retention & Growth Manager;

Knowledge and experience:

** Marketing automation and RM: Practical experience with leading omnichannel platforms (e.g., Braze, Clevertap, MoEngage, Firebase, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).

** Product analytics: In-depth experience with analytical tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer).

** A/B testing: Experience in planning A/B and multivariate testing and using relevant platforms.

** Data visualization (desirable): Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
