Day Cashier-Registrar

LLC "Pineo Medical Ecosystem" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Day Cashier-Registrar.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30

Main responsibilities:

** Operational and polite service of patients;

** Surveying patients, identifying them, and clarifying the source of funding for their medical services.

** Determining the patient's insurance status on the state portal.

** Informing patients about the cost of medical services;

** Immediate notification of the financing organization in accordance with the notification card;

** Issuing a cash register receipt, in accordance with the payment receipt for the service fee;

** Registering patients in the database, assigning a serial number, opening an outpatient card, and filling out an electronic medical card;

** Entering/ verifying data of the identity card, referral card, insurance policy, and guarantee letter in the database and opening a medical history;

** In case of absence of a preliminary notification from the insurance company and/or a referral card, verifying information, preparing and formalizing the necessary documentation in accordance with the conditions;

Qualification requirements:

** Higher education.

** Experience working in a similar position is required.
