Financial Analyst

LLC "Rustavi Steel" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Financial Analyst.

We are looking for a highly qualified professional with practical experience in financial analysis, audit, managerial reporting, budgeting, and financial modeling. The candidate should be able to conduct in-depth analysis of the company's financial and operational data and prepare the necessary information for management to make decisions.

Key responsibilities - In-depth analysis of the company's financial and operational results; - Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual managerial reports; - Comparative analysis of budget, actual results, and forecasted indicators; - Identification of causes of deviations and development of relevant recommendations; - Analysis of revenues, expenses, profitability, cash flows, and working capital; - Evaluation of product costs, production costs, and efficiency indicators; - Preparation of financial models and various analyses; - Participation in the development of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts; - Financial evaluation of investment projects and capital expenditures; - Identification of financial risks and opportunities for improvement; - Preparation of analytical conclusions, reports, and presentations for management; - Collaboration with auditors, financial, and other structural units; - Participation in improving financial reporting and data processing processes; - Professional support for junior financial analysts if needed.

Qualification requirements - Higher education in finance, economics, business administration, audit, accounting, or related fields; - At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, audit, financial consulting, or managerial reporting; - Experience working in one of the "Big Four" or other leading international audit or consulting companies in Georgia is desirable; - High-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis, and financial modeling; - English language proficiency at least at B2 level; - Knowledge of basic financial reporting principles and IFRS; - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managerial reporting; - Experience working in a large manufacturing or industrial company will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, ERP, or other financial systems will be considered an advantage; - Possession of ACCA, CFA, or other professional qualifications or studying in a relevant program will be considered an advantage.
