m² is announcing a vacancy for the position of Customer Relationship Manager.

Main responsibilities:

** Initial communication with new customers;

** Timely coordination/fulfillment of incoming calls/requests;

** Management of electronic customer databases;

** Contracting with customers;

** Communication with customers through social media;

** If necessary, changing apartments, payment schedules, and customer information;

** Organizing meetings with customers at the construction site;

** Ensuring the process of handing over the apartment

Qualification knowledge and skills:

** Higher education;

** At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;

** English language proficiency - B2 level;

** Ability to manage time effectively;

** Ability to share and support team responsibility;

** Ability to identify and analyze problems;

** Effective written and verbal communication skills;

** Flexibility towards changes;

** MS Office.
