The subsidiary company of JSC "Nikora Management Group" LLC "Nikora" announces a vacancy for the position of Chef Consultant in the direction of ready-made dishes:

Work location: Al. Mrevlishvili 2, Nadzaladevi

Work condition: At least 5-10 working visits to the enterprise per month.

Main function - responsibilities:

** Development and implementation of new ready-made products, dishes, and recipes;

** Participation in the process of updating and improving existing products and recipes;

** Consulting to improve the taste, visual, and technological characteristics of the product;

** Development of recommendations to refine and optimize production processes and collaboration with the production team;

** Practical supervision of the trial production process of new and updated products;

** Participation in the process of preparing products for large-scale production;

** Consulting to refine production processes;

** Participation in the process of evaluating product shelf life;

** Coordination of product data, etc.;

** Retraining and conducting trainings for production employees on new and updated products, recipes, and preparation standards;

** Ensuring practical training, demonstration, and consultation of employees in the work process;

Qualification requirements:

** Professional or higher education in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field;

** At least 5 years of work experience in culinary arts, food production, product development, or a related field;

** Knowledge of ready-made dishes/food products production specifics will be considered an advantage;

** Experience in recipe development and improvement of existing products;

** Practical knowledge of production processes;

Personal skills:

** Planning and organization skills;

** Good communication skills;

** Punctuality;

** Orientation towards continuous development;

** Ability to work effectively in stressful situations;

** High sense of responsibility.
