Position purpose and job responsibilities:
Define the brand's marketing strategy and communication channels together with the company's management; Manage digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, TikTok, Google Ads): plan, launch and optimize advertising campaigns; Analyze leads received from social media, establish initial feedback and redirect to responsible persons; Stay up-to-date with trends in the automotive sector, search for visual references and integrate them into daily activities; Collaborate with media partners and influencers within planned marketing projects; Create content for digital channels; Plan photo and video shoots and constantly update visual materials for both digital platforms and physical outdoor advertising channels; Update information and photo-video materials about models on the brand's official website; Manage the process of creating branded products and collaborate with service provider companies; Report marketing campaign results to management and develop future plans based on data.
Required skills and qualifications:
Interest in marketing and the automotive sector; High sense of responsibility, organization and attention to detail; Ability to work in a team and effectively collaborate with different departments; 1 year of experience in marketing; Practical experience in managing digital marketing channels; Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; Ability to analyze social media and evaluate campaign results; Experience in planning and creating content for various digital platforms; English language skills are mandatory; knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
