"UNICOM" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager in Batumi.

We are looking for a responsible, leadership-skilled, and result-oriented manager who can effectively manage a team, improve sales results, and organize the daily activities of the branch.

Workplace: Batumi, I. Chavchavadze St. №3

Direct Supervisor: Company Director

Main functions and responsibilities:

Effectively organize and manage the daily activities of the branch; Ensure the fulfillment of the sales plan, analyze results, and work on improvement; Manage, motivate, develop, and monitor the individual results of team members; Actively participate in the selection of branch employees and the process of fully staffing the team; Ensure the adaptation of new employees and their effective involvement in the work process; Plan, distribute, and control the work schedule of employees and work discipline; Control sales of priority and profitable products; Ensure a high standard of customer service and effectively manage problematic situations; Control the trading floor, stands, product placement, and company operational standards; Create a healthy, fair, and result-oriented work environment in the team; Periodically report to the director on branch results and existing challenges; Develop and implement initiatives to improve sales, service, and work processes.

Qualification requirements:

Experience working in a managerial position; Strong team management and leadership skills; Experience in sales will be considered an advantage; Ability to select, motivate, and develop employees; Result orientation and high sense of responsibility; Strong organizational and communication skills; Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions; Analytical thinking; Knowledge of office computer programs.

We offer:

Fixed salary - 2,500 ₾; Result-based KPI bonus - 1,500 ₾; Total salary - 4,000 ₾ in case of full KPI fulfillment; 40-hour workweek; Stable and development-oriented work environment; Opportunities for professional and career growth; Independence in team management within company standards; Opportunity to directly influence branch development and results.
