LLC "Kakheti Traditional Winemaking" announces a vacancy for a Khininkle position at the restaurant "Guramishvili's Marani".

Location: Saguramo

Work schedule: Full-time

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position;
• Knowledge of classical khinkali preparation at a high level;
• Experience in preparing khinkali filling;
• Knowledge of preparing dumpling khachapuri with cream and truffles;
• Perfect mastery of the technique of preparing and wrapping khinkali dough;
• Compliance with product quality, recipe, and presentation standards;
• Knowledge and observance of sanitary and hygienic norms;
