Call Center Operator

Main functions and responsibilities:

Receiving incoming calls; Timely response to information calls; Thorough knowledge and adherence to service standards; Providing complete consultation to customers online and onsite about purchasable/purchased products; Monitoring social media platforms and email messages and comments, and responding in a timely manner; Correctly redirecting customers when necessary; Recording and sorting incoming calls according to issues.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education is desirable; Experience working in an identical position is required; Conversational knowledge of English and/or Russian; Knowledge of office programs (MS Office).

Personal skills:

Ability to work in a team; Communication skills; Developed verbal and written skills; Responsibility.
