Tax Park Manager

Taxipark N1 is announcing a vacancy for the position of Tax Park Manager.

We are looking for a strong, responsible, and leadership-oriented person who will fully manage the daily activities of Taxipark and be responsible for its overall performance. This is not just an administrative position - the manager is in charge of the park as a single operation.

Key Responsibilities - Managing and controlling daily park processes; - Communication with drivers, service, and maintenance of work discipline; - Car delivery/return and condition control; - Timely return of cars in service to the work process; - Ensuring maximum park load and reducing downtime; - Advance search for drivers for free cars; - Advertising management and creation of a constant driver reserve; - Correct data management in the park program and action according to analytics; - Independent resolution of current problems; - Improving internal processes and searching for new opportunities for park development; - Organization of the team and processes, and responsibility for the final result.

What kind of person do we need? - Leadership, organized, and responsible; - Initiative and result-oriented; - With strong communication skills; - Making independent decisions; - Able to manage several processes simultaneously; - Sees problems in advance and does not delay action; - Can view data, identify problems, and make real decisions; - Works freely with computer programs; - Has a B category driving license. - Experience in the field of car park, Rent a Car, logistics, sales, or service will be considered an advantage.

The manager is responsible for the overall performance of the park - car load, technical readiness, driver service, internal process efficiency, and development. We need a person who does not wait for tasks - sees, plans, manages, and acts independently.

Workplace: Tbilisi Work schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00 – 18:00; Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00 Salary: 1500 GEL + high bonuses
