Program Operator

A construction materials manufacturing, importing and exporting company “Nova” (www.NOVA.ge) announces a vacancy for the position of "Program Operator" in Telavi.

Main functions and responsibilities: - Programmed accounting / control of warehouse operations; - Reflection of information in the program and exchange of information with warehouse personnel when receiving goods in the warehouse; - Receiving, processing and preparing the necessary documentation for cargo movement; - Control of cargo movement (programmed confirmation of product receipt and delivery); - Preparation of primary documentation for realization (commodity invoice); - Timely delivery of incoming program orders to the warehouse; - Management of defective products (preparation of documentation); - At the request and with the consent of the immediate supervisor, transfer of necessary information to other structural units: current balances for inventory, expected periods of cargo arrival in the warehouse, quantities, etc.

Basic requirements: - Knowledge of office programs (Excel, Word); - Knowledge of 1C program is desirable; - Experience working with RS.ge is desirable; - 6 months of work experience in a similar position is desirable.
